Christmas 2018

The children have really enjoyed getting ready for Christmas and celebrating in the Centre.

We would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and a happy new year!

Drop the Dummy 2018

During December we have been encouraging children to donate their dummies as part of our ‘Drop the Dummy’ initiative. Children have been encouraged to place their dummy on our centre ‘Dummy Tree’ which has been displayed in the centre reception area. The dummies that have been placed on our tree will now be sent on to Santa!

Well done to all the children that have ‘dropped’ their dummy! All children that have taken part have received a certificate. We are so proud of you all.

Children in Need 2018

Thank you to everyone who joined in with our fundraising for Children in Need.

Your generosity helped us to raise a total of £164.16.

Remembrance Service

Some of the Children from our FS1 Base and Pre-School took part in our annual remembrance service to rememer the fallen soldiers and their families of World War 1 & 2.  As this year is the 100th anniversary, it was a particularly special service whereby a poem was read out by Gary Cooper, which was written by a local lady.  We were pleased to welcome David Alderslade who kindly played 'The Last Post' on cornet. We were joined by Children from Aughton Primary School, Veterans, Parish Counsellors and members of the public.  Thank you to all those who attended.
